Allegedly my iPhone clock is accurate to within 50 milliseconds. My GMT has been exactly in sync with my phone and iPad and that’s close enough for me. Obviously a timegrapher (cheap models are around $150) is much more accurate and readings are immediate rather than visually checking over a period of days or even weeks. My AD will happily put any of my watches on a timegrapher if I want but I really think a quick occasional check against my phone is good enough
