Yes, sometimes I have. I owned an old DateJust but I'm 6'3 guy with relatively big wrists, it was too small.
But new DJ (40mm) is one alternative. I guess that's the closest to dress watch I can go. Haha.
PS: I often wear my 16610 Submariner with a suit (in weddings, etc). I find it quite dressy.
