Sounds like a great deal, the guy got what he asked for and wasn't clueless. Nothing wrong with that.
Anyone who says they would not have done the same is lying. I don't care if you wipe your butt with $100 bills, there's no way anyone here is paying MORE than asking price, regardless of the situation. If that's truly the case, I could use some extra dough, so all of you looking to give away money pm me for my PayPal details. I'm sure it will make you sleep better at night knowing you helped someone. ;) Perhaps some of you might have walked away from the deal thinking it might be shady, that would be understandable, but I don't buy the whole "I would have offered more money" argument.
