I absolutely understand and agree your point - its infringing on another persons intellectual property or trademark.
The difference to me (anyway) is this seller is not trying to dupe anyone, and his description is clear for all to understand.
Its hard enough trying to catch and stop the ones totally out to cheat and deceive.
This guy at least is not doing that

Fake case (labeled Rolex), fake dial, fake bracelet. Watch is fake. If it were custom, it would not have Rolex trademarks on all the fake parts. This watch is loaded with counterfeit parts and was meant to deceive.
You are certainly entitled to your opinion, but your opinion on this matter certainly taints any future opinion you may have on the authenticity of a watch.
