HK service centre had my ceramic 44 back to me within a month and it only took that long because they were waiting for the blue hands (at the time the watch was so hot off the press they didn’t have stock of the hands and their policy during an overhaul repair is to replace the hands). Even my ROO RG Tourbillon which has also broken will be fixed within 6-7 weeks and that has to go back to CH. Of course disappointing it broke but amazing turnaround times - they are bending over backwards to get things quickly resolved. Sorry to hear about your Ti.
