Without causing offence, I think this thread is going off topic.
My replies are referring back to the OPs question in that for some, but not all watches, it would be a good idea to set the date with the hour hand between 3 and 9.
The standard way to set the date and time (setting from the day before as previously mentioned) is irrelevant to the OPs question.
As I said, I'm not looking to upset the camp and the OPs question has been answered so I'm going to leave it there [emoji106]
