The Streamliner design is not for everyone. It's a modern take on a 50's Art Deco look, but not everyone is a fan of '50s Art Deco.

The main issue for me is the price for what you get. This is an extremely expensive three hander. While the movement is beautiful and very well made, is it really what you are paying for? I don't think so. The premium is in the case design.

Yeah, I know....I'm basically describing the Nautilus, Aquanaut, and Royal Oak....but these are not exactly a good comparison. Those watches are also hideously overpriced in my opinion for what you are really getting.

Had the Streamliner been $5 to 10k cheaper, then it would be a high-value target for me. But at over $20k retail and $25k on the used market, it's a hard pass.
