I've used Hairspring and two others (the apps currently escape me) I deleted the other two due to Hairspring being simple to use and seemed to be more consistent. It measured my 16710 at -2.9 seconds on avg over the past year. I haven't even bothered testing my SubC bc it's new but eventually I'll get around to it.
Not bad for $5.
