My impression was that it was for the "old money is no object" type.
As it gained it's fame by being worn by royalty.


And as to why there is not alot of buyers.
A. Horrible resale value. And difficult to Resale even at discount
B. Short history. Started in 1980.
C. Until recently, no in house movements, which is a must for prestige level watch.
