My apologies, I read between lines.
If the watch was fully wound then yes the amplitude is on the low side.
I hate to repeat but the SD43 does have the newer mov’t with 72 PR, therefore longer mainspring. Just make sure it is fully wound. If that’s beyond doubt, I would have Rolex take a look...
