Yessssss! Thanks John, I never make this until you bump the thread. Going for the raw peanuts tomorrow. If any of you haven’t made this stuff you’re really missing out!
I adjust John’s recipe just a bit by using dark Karo and up the peanut amount just a smidge. This stuff is like molten glass to work with so be careful. Also as soon as it’s poured onto the sheet I have a buttered spatula ready to press it flat. It’ll do it on its own but I like mine thin.
You guys absolutely have to make some of this!
