I dropped the watch off the week after Christmas and ended up with one of the "second stringers" as a rep. The first SA I spoke to there said "it probably just needs a new battery"?? They were not going to test it until I said that I spoke to the owner and he said he would test it. I saw the watchmaker put it on the timegrapher but got no information. The SA I had was not of the regualrs and she just wanted to get me out of the store!
