Leave it, one of the great things about the OP39 is it can age, as it can take on scratches on the bezel...the case... the bracelet...everything except the crystal. So, when you're done wearing it, it will have a story to tell. Each polish you do will ruin the lines and sharpness of the watch. The bezel will not retain the same smoothness either. You can always replace a bezel if it bothers you - it's just steel.
