When I bought my OP39 from an AD in Toronto, I got home and discovered the instruction booklet was in Spanish!
I took it back and the AD said "Oops, sorry" and then opened a cabinet behind the counter and pulled out another booklet in English and handed it to me! There were stacks and stacks of booklets, I assume for various models and languages.
