Hi Joe. You will need to go to a qualified watchmaker who will examine it under a loupe. I did this on Friday just past, and the watchmaker told me it can be hard even for them to tell sometimes with Panerai. I would do that immediately so your worries are dispelled like mine were, or you can return the watch if needed. Wishing you best of luck.
