'91-92 Tudor 79090 - tritium lume plots & handset?

I need a little help from some knowledgeable watch .

I have been searching for a clean, all original Tudor 79090 with tritium dial, lume pip, and handset. Box and papers are not too important to me so long as the watch's authenticity can be verified at a RSC.

I have been in talks with a local-ish (within Canada) seller who has sent over some pictures and video. It's been serviced by Rolex in 2008 as well as 2017, original owner. The seller claims handset and dial were never replaced to the best of his knowledge, nor does the paperwork suggest it. It's been polished, top hat has been replaced, movement has been overhauled, and bezel has been replaced in 2017. The lume pip seems to have patina, but still glows? I believe everything else is original.

Mind to chime in on value/fair asking price and if the lume on the dial and hands appear to be tritium of luminova? Under 100w halogen light over 5 mins, in pitch black room nothing glows but the lume pip.

Unfortunately I won't have the opportunity to handle it in person. Safe to assume that a competent watchmaker could confirm for the seller? I've asked for images in different lightning as it changes the colour of the lume.

I've had troubles uploading and so I quickly posted some pics here

Thank you for your generosity
