Just goes to show don't believe everything you see on certain news channels
FYI Houston beats Portland in almost every crime category year after year and not in a good way. Last time I visited Houston I made it out of there alive too LOL. Portland is a great city, you should visit sometime.
I live in Portland and have for over 30 years. To date I can report that I am still alive and have had no issues with personal safety or anything else for that matter. Do you we have our problems? Yep. Name me a major metropolitan area that doesn't.
