Love for the brand is not dying as far as I am concerned. I am a new convert to Panerai and excited to have discovered a brand which, as a Rolex fan boy, I always thought was just part of the big watch cult.

Generally speaking the Panerai craze has subdued and that's a good thing. It's better for a brand's credibility if they are bought by genuine aficionados rather than fashion hunters. Of course Panerai might think it's not as good for their profits!
