I have to say, in my view, the Tudor service center’s work is beyond bad. It’s totally unacceptable. That sort of thing should never happen, even more so with a new watch with a known and common movement problem. Rolex is really dropping the ball tolerating such bush league anctics from the brand they want to grow.
Between this and your Seiko, you’ve had a rough few months with watches. Hope the rest of 2019 and beyond is better!
