I have to say, in my view, the Tudor service center’s work is beyond bad. It’s totally unacceptable. That sort of thing should never happen, even more so with a new watch with a known and common movement problem. There is no such thing as a Tudor service center. All repairs are handled by a Rolex service center. Rolex isn’t tolerating the situation, it is the situation.
