Reminds me of an article I was reading in ablogtowatch a few months ago. Something along the lines of comparing a £1.99 digital watch from a pound shop to a Rolex. The point being the cheap digital is more accurate than the Rolex.
Maybe so, but then a photo is more accurate than a Monet.
A Rolex is a work of art. I don't know much about watches, but I think it's a tribute that man is able to build something out of multiple tiny mechanical moving parts, that is self powering. Amazing.
