What else would have been in a complete set in 2006? Per this photo here there might have been an anker. Which booklets, manuals, hang tags would I have expected? What about a bezel protector?

I believe they stopped shipping anchors with SD and Subs around 2005 and F Serials. So it's possible the anchor was not not included with yours originally.
