I vote yes on the FOIS. I love the dial, with less verbiage, and with the classic, longer indices for the hour markers.
I also encourage you to lay the Speedmaster Professional on your wrist, just to be sure before you decide. Try it on a strap, if you think that's how you would normally wear yours, because it fits differently that way than it does on its bracelet.
Like others here have mentioned, the Speedmaster Professional appeals strongly for a few reasons. It's my preferred Speedmaster because the plastic crystal makes for a classic, warm look, and the case features a blend of shapes and finishes that I prefer to the FOIS.
A Speedmaster pairs with an Explorer perfectly :-)
