Air King movements, like the Sub 14060, were not COSC, so Precision has been used probably only to balance out the dial (although in the 50's/60's precision, Susperprecision were used to denote quality such as jewel count etc.)

Since all movements are now COSC, I would say Precision is on them up until the release of the latesl 114XXX models in 2007.
