The 19018/9 (pre 1985) have chamfers, a polygonal shape, and horizontal brushing
The 19018/9N links (post 1985) don't have chamfers. Instead they have an oval profile and vertical brushing.
I think it was from a parts catalog because you'd need to specify the right code when ordering replacements.
