It's pounds, not dollars, so around $24K, which IS overpriced, IMHO, unless it's in great, perfect original condition. (Photo doesn't give enough info.)
The box and service papers are nice, but unless the watch comes as a full original set, with the Rolex guarantee paper, manuals, etc ..., they don't add much value.
