Buying it at Costco or not is really your choice. I have not quite seen a lot of steel and gold Chronomats on the grey market but I don't see this price as being exaggerated, it seems pretty good at first glance.

Keeping in mind that you may have to have it serviced, in my neck of the woods a complete service on a B01 is about 850,00$ plus taxes (I am in Canada) unless you have parts to replace. In my opinion it still remains a relatively decent price for a chronograph with an in-house movement.

I quite like it myself, the 41mm version does wear well.
