Then go ahead. What do I know? But I think you are confusing prices that dealers get (or ask for) with what these actually sell for, either on eBay or between dealers or collectors.
This one does not appear to be in good condition, but honestly your pictures are not the best, perhaps it's fine. I just know I wouldn't pay $800 for it. The only thing made in Switzerland is the movement. This was one of those contract watches where the dial and case were done locally (Canada), unlike many of the Oyster cased cal. 59 watches, like the Centregraph, Raleigh, etc. I have never particularly thought to collect them, although I have a few of the others.
