I opened my front door one day to find a big, black, bird-eating spider on the mat.
I said a few expletives and took a major step back but she was not well and allowed herself to be put into a jar and taken to a Spider-expert.
To my shame, I would normally squash a spider but this one was too big to squash, more like a small animal. Like the picture below.
