How common is a new crown at RSC?
After two weeks, I received an estimate from RSC for my 16710. All looks in line with what I discussed with the technician when I brought it in except that there is listed an SS Oyster monobloc replacement and tube. I thought the crown seemed fine. I've no issue with it, if they think it's worn or been damaged, so be it.
Just wondering what might lead to such a replacement, any common faults?
