I have a 6.5" / 165cm arm.
Some of my watches barely fit (a bit loose) with all removable links out <and fine adjustments set as small as possible>
If I lost weight, I, too, would be having to deal with the captive link removal.
On the plus side, my Damasko watch bracelets have so may removal links (all of them) that a fit to a smaller arm should never be an issue.
