Inquired about a watch on thursday night; despite late hours chase was incredibly responsive. I had made a 100% decision by friday morning and worked with Chase to arrange payment. After payment was confirmed a couple hours later, Chase shipped the watch out the same day - and by Saturday morning I had a fantastic, beautiful, minty watch that was exactly as described, arrive at my doorstep.
