First off, you’re safe - that’s the good news.
Rolex does have a global theft registry, you don’t need to call each service center. Here in the US you need to contact Rolex USA. First, get a copy of your police report because you will need it.
Call RUSA main number:
Main Telephone(212) 758-7700
Explain your reason for calling and you will be connected with a sympathetic soul who will explain how to provide your theft report. The police report number will be needed.
With these unusual times, your report may need to wait until the NYC lockdown is lifted.
