It looks good to me, but then so did the 1st one (though I can see the flaws now they have been pointed out).
For future reference, unscrewing the crown and pulling it right out and screwing it back in can be a good test if you are unsure, it should wind in and out as smooth as butter, fakes will usually grind in and out and you might see the date move in the window or even the whole dial might move as the crown goes back in.
