At first I did not think the case was original.
JS is the maker mark. I keep doing a little more research.
My first guess was that the case was american. Then I found other Pateks with the same case. So, I changed my post.
Now I have found, that my first guess was correct it is an American case. One commonly used with Patek.
The case was made by Jeannot & Shiebler.
I believe that the "warranted" solid gold case mark was only used in the USA.
Europe had different hallmarks to indicate purity.
