I learned that I love to have a long walk in the morning before starting work, something that I couldn't do before Covid because of my 2-hour commute time. Plus, it helped me shaving some 50 pounds from my body.

I also learned that after 14-plus years working for the same company I don't miss many of my coworkers at all.

I love smart working; I very much doubt that after this Covid crisis ends (BTW, they have announced another lockdown here in Italy where I live) I will go back to my old "4 days in the office - one day at home" schedule, I will probably reverse it.
