While I cannot say for certain whether these images are exactly to scale, they do appear to be close enough.
The Rolex Milgauss, which has a bezel similar in design to the Rolex Day-Date II, has a slimmer bezel relative to the dial and appears more "balanced." The Day-Date II has a more imposing look to it.
