Thoughts on this please, my 1665 came with a service insert and a questionable lume pip.

I believe I've sourced a period correct worn insert but has no lume pip.

Is it okay to change?

So if it's okay to change, I'm interested to know what you guys prefer, I love the new worn insert, it changes the look of the watch far more than I thought it would.
