I think luxury watches has become jewelry. Men's jewelry (and some women, too). it is a different market. Some people may not wear it for it's intended function)
Also, People who has Rolex can definitely afford a Apple watch. But people who wears Apple watch are not necessarily able to afford a Rolex. I don't think it's market share will be affected much.
