In his attempts at restoration from what I can see, he cleaned the case, cleaned the dial, cleared the crystal and reattached the few lose lumes. That's why a mentioned, "for what it's worth" in my last post.

So let me see if I understood correctly, this guy couldn't open the case so he removed the bezel, removed the plexy, clean the dial, reattached the lumes, then put back the plexy cleaned everything and sent it back to you asking refund? OMG
