Curious to know what you will choose if you have the opportunity to get an AP 26331ST Panda (blue not possible) at retail ($24.3K) or a bnib VC Overseas Blue (4500v 3-hands) for $16.6K (around 15% off retail?). I know one is chrono (and a lot heavier on the pocket which is also a consideration) and the other is a simple-date so not really comparable but they are both smiling at me especially that VC blue! Is this VC discount good given that its resale market is not the best? As also mentioned by most, I will not pay retail for VC. I intend to keep the piece but then again, one will never know if there is a need to unload in the future. I have since parted with my white 15400st (family, so did not really gain from it). As always, thanks in advance for your views ��

I am in Asia, but prices are converted to USD. Found a coup,e of better deals in the US for the VC but need to factor in shipping and taxes so there will be no real savings...sigh.
