You need to wait until you are officially a pledge member. This happens after the sites owner has processed your payment. He lives in Australia, and does this manually. It can take 24 to 48 hours, sometimes less..
Once your username is highlighted, and noted as a pledge member, you can then post in the classifieds section (it’s a sub-forum), or what you are calling the market place I guess..?
Sales can only be posted in that area, and should be posted in the correct section (Rolex/Omega/Seiko etc), following the rules in their entirety. This is all clearly posted at the very top of the for sale sections. Same place the thread above I linked is positioned.
