Just came by this watch on Omega's website. I thought the ceramic PO was only available in the big 46mm version.
This one is 39,5mm wide by 14,1mm thick. What a cool piece! I wonder what the material used for the crowns and bezel assembly is (Ti, maybe?), as there is no mention on the site.
