Yup. Knowledge is expensive. Plus premises, taxes, benefits etc etc. Watch looks fine to me and sounds like you not only did some research but also bought from an apparently ok seller (I don't know them personally).

Either stop worrying or pay $150 and then stop worrying. I would probably pay it as you have already spent too long worrying about it IMO? :)
