Am sure we all realize in various countries their news is mainly gov-speak, so it helps if you better understand
the why of what
they want you to think. So yes, situation awareness helps free-thinkers better understand the leanings of each country's imposed ideology scheme.
Today's low 'news' viewership may be due to these leanings where they say one thing, then are proven incorrect only a day or two later as more 'truth and facts' come out.
We live in interesting times indeed.
