Thanks for the welcome and for confirming my thoughts about wrist size (wearing smaller). Appreciate the suggestions re 183, 212, 232 and 380 and would consider pre-owned but am terrified of the prospect of being sold something which isn't genuine. Do you have any recommendations on 'trusted' places to purchased 'used' Panerai?

Pdnb - I very much appreciate the photos you've shared, thank you. Both watches look first class on you. It really confirms my thoughts that I'd be able to get away with a 45mm one.
