Go to rolex website, it shows all the Authorized Dealer in Indonesia. Timeplace, intime theyre all Rolex AD owned by same person, price right now are quite competitive and can considersbly be cheaper than HK or Singapore in some cases. All sports model obviously need to be on the VIP list, so you can forget about buying a Sub as a first time customer.
For legitimate used rolex, go to gloriafinewatches their store is in Blok M jakarta. There are tons of stores that sells REAL rolex, you just need to know where to look.
In Surabaya only go to intime/timeplace, the used stores arent recommended in Surabaya.
