This is right up there with the most ridiculous thing's I've ever heard.
Maybe the guy has zero interest in watches other than to tell the time and just wanted a reasonable priced functioning watch or maybe it was a gift. Whatever.
Not everyone wants to spend thousands on a watch, can't see how it reflects on his medical knowledge.
