My 1.5 year old DJ41 performs like this as well. Regardless of whether it's gaining or losing, the amounts are so negligible it's never more than -1 or -2 / +1 or +2. More than satisfactory.
Bear in mind, I rarely check the timekeeping performance: usually after DSL reset.
