Thoughts on Explorer 6610

Hello Folks

Looking for some input on this early Explorer. The dial seems to be different than other examples I have seen.

“ Rare gentleman's late 1950's stainless steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual Explorer. Reference 6610 serial number 268190 (circa 1957) with spare lines and clasp.”

Typically shoddy photos for an auction house.

Thoughts on Explorer 6610

I guess someone will end up bidding on it without anything more than a poor photo or two. 280 end links and very crisp coronet on the clasp for a nearly 70 y.o. watch. Surely not original bracelet.

The second photo makes me wonder about the way the crown sits in the midcase. Could have been better listing if the movement and inner side of caseback was in a photo.
